Anthony Agnew
George W. Gould Construction Institute

Anthony Agnew , from Salem N.H., is a first year student at the George W. Gould Construction Institute preparing for a career as a licensed Electrician. He attends electrical apprentice courses at the Medford Vocational School. In a letter provided to us by his class instructor, Anthony stood out above the rest for his dedication, excellent performance, and leadership skills. With a long nightly commute, not only does he maintain an "A" average and near-perfect attendance, but he is found studying long before class begins and is always the last to leave, there to ask pertinent questions of the instructor. It was also duly noted that Anthony is eager to help other students, and is considered an assistant by his instructor. As his instructor indicated, it's this kind of dedication, commitment, and hard work that keeps him "a chapter ahead of everyone else." Anthony is currently employed by Palumbo Electric. The Gould Institute is pleased to honor Anthony as Outstanding Student of the year. We commend his exemplary performance in this, his first year of school, and look forward to following his progression in the next three years.
