Tracy DeRosa
ITT Technical Institute (Norwood)

With great honor, ITT Technical Institute is pleased to announce Tracy DeRosa as Outstanding Student of the year. Tracy, a resident of Norwood, graduated from the Computer Network Systems program in March of 2003. A sample of her achievements include exceptional academic performance, which by itself had earned her a litany of awards in their own right, but what separates her from others is her winning attitude. Tracy has a curious ability to provoke cooperative effort from her peers; indeed, she generates an environment that promotes self-confidence, individual erudition and a sense of personal confirmation. Having withdrawn from the program early, near the beginning for personal matters, she returned renewed and inspired. Always participating and never afraid to illustrate her own sense of individuality, Tracy's dedication and disposition are contagious. As a result of her academic efforts and work ethic, she was promoted at her place of work to System Administrator before even graduating, to a position that is directly related to her field of study. Tracy's formula for success has inspired others to follow suit, and she serves as reminder for the need to pursue education as a personal triumph.
